Mohanbir Singh is one of the founding principals of Creative Design Architects, a New Delhi based architecture firm that has steered notable projects of diverse typologies across Asia. With 35 years of diverse experience, Singh commenced his professionalcareer working with eminent architects like J.A.Stein, B.V.Doshi and Laurie Baker. He completed his Masters in City Planning from IIT Kharagpur.

Mohanbir Singh has the experience of helming more than 50 healthcare facilities pan Asia in a span of one and a half decade to his credit. His technical expertise and his passion for design have pioneered large scale projects, including Max Healthcare facilities at various locations in New Delhi, Dehradun and Bhatinda, to name a few.

Maninder KaurIIA , COA

Maninder Kaur is one of the founding principals of CDA. An alumnus of Chandigarh College of Architecture, she specializes in healthcare planning and design. With a comprehensive experience of designing spaces that foster health and wellness for over 30 years, Kaur has been responsible for ideating some of the most impressive healthcare facilities and hospitals in the country like BL Kapoor Hospital and Max Healthcare, New Delhi, AIIMS Guwahati, and Aakash Healthcare to amongst several others. Kaur strives to bring about innovation in the way hospital and healthcare facilities are designed. She believes that a good design can be instrumental in the recovery of an ailing person. Hence, she wants to instill the concept of designing with empathy which makes healing spaces livelier and responsive.

Ravideep SinghAssoc. AIA, IIA, WELL AP, LEED AP

Ravideep Singh is an alumnus of the University of Illinois Urbana Champaign and has earned a specialization in ‘Healthcare Planning’ from Cornell University, New York. With a penchant for designing spaces that foster health and wellness, Singh has several years of experience in healthcare design in India and the United States, working with internationally renowned practices like HDR, HKS, and RSP Architects. At CDA, he has conceptualized several award-winning projects including AIIMS Guwahati, Pragma Medical Institute at Bathinda amongst others. Singh strongly believes in the communicative power of design the ability of empathetically designed spaces to create uplifting sensory experiences for their inhabitants. With a focus on blending seamless functionality with value-driven design, he envisions creating environments that redefine benchmarks for quality healing facilities and positively impact its surrounding communities.

Japneet OberoiCOA

Japneet is a post-graduate in Interior design and presently leads the interior studio at CDA. A strong advocate of spatial order and phenomenon, her work attempts to instill a more profound sense of interaction and meaning into spaces. CDA’s residential clientele has remarkably appreciated her comprehensive understanding of the relationship between color, textures, and spatial volume, especially in the residential market. Building on CDA’s vision for sustainability and altruism, Japneet firmly believes in the ability of spaces to enhance health and well-being and minimize carbon footprint as much as possible.

Dr. Mahesh Inder SinghHealthcare Strategist

Dr. Mahesh is a distinguished healthcare strategist with over 25 years of experience in driving business outcomes across healthcare, healthtech, edtech, consulting, and operations. Having held leadership roles at McKinsey & Company, Wolters Kluwer, Fortis, Max, and Manipal Healthcare, as well as serving as CEO of Saket City Hospital (now Max Smart Hospital), he brings unparalleled expertise in strategic advisory and operational excellence. Currently, he is a key healthcare strategist partnered with CDA Architects, leveraging his deep industry insights to shape transformative healthcare projects and advise boards and investors in the Indian healthcare sector.
